01 Acceptance of Terms

VoriSync is an automated content creation and distribution platform owned and operated by Vorisek Labs. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable platform policies from TikTok, YouTube, and Meta. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

02 Accounts & Security

To access VoriSync, you must create a native account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your VoriSync credentials.
• Notify [email protected] immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

03 AI & Prohibited Use

VoriSync utilizes artificial intelligence to generate media based on user prompts. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Anti-Spam Policy: You may not use VoriSync to generate or distribute unsolicited bulk content, deceptive marketing, or high-frequency automated posts. Accounts identified as "spam bots" will be terminated without refund.
• Prompt Ownership: You are solely responsible for your input. You may not generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party IP.
• AIGC Labeling: You permit VoriSync to automatically apply "AI-Generated Content" labels as required by transparency policies.

04 Platform Integration

VoriSync is a productivity tool for creators. Users must manually authorize third-party connections and provide manual input for content orchestration. You agree to be bound by:

05 Payments & Credits

VoriSync operates on a consumption-based credit model. Credits are non-refundable once they have been used to initiate a video generation request. Vorisek Labs utilizes Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record to handle global tax compliance and secure payment processing.

06 Liability & Termination

Our service is provided "as is" without warranty. Vorisek Labs is not liable for account restrictions, shadowbans, or suspensions issued by third-party platforms.

We enforce strict rate limits that are calibrated to align with the official API constraints and community guidelines of our integrated platforms. We reserve the right to suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms, exhibits bot-like behavior, or is harmful to the service.
