1. Acceptance of Terms

VoriSync is an automated content creation and distribution platform owned and operated by Vorisek Labs. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable platform policies from TikTok, YouTube, and Meta.

2. VoriSync Accounts & Security

To access VoriSync, you must create a native account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your password. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your VoriSync credentials.
  • Notify [email protected] immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. AI Generation & Prompt Responsibility

VoriSync utilizes artificial intelligence to generate media based on user-provided prompts. As a user, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Prompt Ownership: You are solely responsible for the prompts you enter. You may not use VoriSync to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.
  • Review Obligation: While VoriSync automates the publishing process, you are responsible for the final output. Vorisek Labs is not liable for content that violates social media community guidelines.
  • AIGC Labeling: You agree to allow VoriSync to automatically apply "AI-Generated Content" labels to your posts as required by platform-specific transparency policies.

By linking your social media accounts, you are also agreeing to be bound by the respective third-party terms of service:

VoriSync retains generated media and user prompts for a period of 30 days to ensure distribution reliability. After this period, files are purged from our active systems. Vorisek Labs does not claim ownership over the content you generate; however, you grant us the necessary license to process and transmit this data to your linked social accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vorisek Labs shall not be held liable for any account restrictions, shadowbans, or permanent suspensions issued by TikTok, YouTube, or Meta resulting from the content generated or published through VoriSync. Our service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
